just before i hop into bed.

this weekend has been so family oriented apart from the stupid workload.
workload. sounds like sucha burden. it shouldnt be. lets call it--duties? urm.. Responsibilities??


after moping in front of my pseech class about the lack of family ties- my speech topic was migration. i realised, its not so true la.
on saturday, we had dinner at my papa ronnie's place. and at first. we thought it'd just be my granny,koko, papa, lao sim and aunty peggy and my family. but no!!!
there was lao gu, uncle ah yong and aunty huifen with macey and tricia!!! and then there was uncle ah bee and aunty lynn. and galvin.

and i hope i didnt miss anyone out.

and i realised, wow. i still have so many aunties and uncles. and my two young cousins macey and tricia.
butbut but. as cute as they are. how do i foster stronger ties with them cute girls? we hardly visit them.

and the thing is, my granny is the person who draws all these different groups of my family together.
funny why cant we contact and keep up with this without her around.
my granny is an important lady moulded and sent by God.

and today at send off, there were more people too!!! there was my koko lisa and uncle steven with cousins sean and darius. cute primary school kids.

me and my sis feel as if we've 'come a long way'.

there was also uncle alvin and two kids- jojo and grace. but he's a really gd family fren to my cousin's family. nice of them to send my granny n koko off though.

also a few of granny and koko's church friends.

i dunno where all these people suddenly came from!!!! but actually, i still DO have a family here in singapore!

and this is all just my fathers side.

actually there's still my mother's side.

where there's my cousins elin jiejie, lester korkor, jasmine. and my popo. uncle sam and aunty sindy, uncle alfred and aunty susan.
and more distant wld be my 5 half indian cousins. and also another bro/sis half indian cousins. hmm that's very distant though.

and while we're still on the topic of family,
christina and jessica are now aunties!!
jess's sis in law gave birth to a baby boy-darius this afternoon!!

goodnight now.

wana sleep.

oh no. 1230 already.

yesterday, i managed to sleeep at 12 midnight.

i need lotsa sleep these days.
