my secondary sch girlfrens! thanks for your time. it was good to see you all again. sorry i always absent:P
anywae. im feeling quite excited to blog now. but i dunno how to write properly.
i wanna know which idiot made love complicated. you know..when God wanted a male and a female to come together--ala adam n eve. i dont think he intended for so much confusion, misunderstanding and unhappiness.
gosh. humans are so stupid!
things really are never so simple. we all crave simplicity. but we can never find it. hence we go deeper into complex stuff. in the process, muddle ourselves up so much we dont know where we are. cant tell start from finish. end up in tangles. think. philosophy. analysis. blah blah.
and its all sin's fault. and sin isnt even a being. its an...element?!
and what's with the complication of love triangles, liking someone more or less, having unequal attention in a relationship! it's so infuriating!!
if i were pissed enough. i'll tell God...
if u ever want me to be with anyone, just make sure we like each other from the start..if not just forget it. i can do away with the whole thing.
i've seen unhappiness. and experienced a lil dilemma before. we all know e problem is real and yet we cant do anything to correct it..cos it just happens like tt. it's not anyone's fault.
some cheesy quote once said
'doesnt mean the person not loving u up to ur expectations means it doesnt love you with all it's heart.'
yea. so its not anyone's fault. ok.
once again. i think everyone shld just shutup! and go back into their own holes and stop sinning around.
argh!
People need the Lord. really. in every aspect. seriously.
God..help us. we really need You!!!
i re -read 'the lion, the witch and the wardrobe' by cs lewis. in anticipation of e movie this december!!!
and when i read about aslan..and what he did...aslan was used by lewis as a portrayal of jesus christ. it made it easier to understand. and amplified the sadness felt by mary n disciples when jesus was crucified. when lewis portrayed the incident as aslan being killed by e witch n lucy n susan just crying so badly. that is how we're supposed to grief. at the death of jesus.n feel immense gratitude.
we are supposed to feel that guilty about jesus's death on the cross in place of our sins. like how aslan decided to die in place of evil edmund.so undeserving- and yet. we hardly realise. we just go..oh..there's the story again-- jesus died.
but many times. we. and i. am often guilty of just taking the words for they are. we dont think in perspective. we dont put ourselves in the situation wholly and just imagine the realness. we often think its some far off incident. but it should be as close to our hearts daily.
reading the book. it brought out the feelings more. even though explanation was brief. you can still feel this sadness. and because i alluded Aslan to Christ. as lewis intended.. reading the illustrated children;s version in the form of a fiction story. appeals to the emotions more.
Aslan's resurrection the next day showed power- 'a deeper magic' in Narnia. his triumph over the white witch. as how Jesus triumphed over death and satan. and resurrected too!
aiya! i cant tok properly. just note tt reading the book got me thinking abt things again. even though its a super simple children's book.
christmas rehearsal tmr!!
today was a good day well spent! i am happy. thank you friends. thank God for you.
