been back at granny's house for a few days. went back last wednesday and stayed for two nights. then i went back on friday so that i could prepare from home on saturday.
the night befpre, i was frantically searching EVERYWHERe at home for my jazz pants. i needed it on saturday for the passion card roadshow at tampines. so i was feeling super stressed and helpless. then i couldnt sleep well the entire night.
first thing on a saturday morning, i woke at nine and searched some more. then i called granny's and asked my sis if my jazz pants was around. silly me, for dunno what reason, was so overwhelmed by everything, i just bawled and started sobbing when my sis said it wasnt anywhere around the pile of clothes. after i put down the phone i just sat there and cried more tears. then the second call came and she said they found it in granny's cupboard cos gogo mistook it for granny's.
such relief. and Thank God.
i guess i was just tired. i was unaware till the end of the week, that i had been at dance/ballet everyday of the previous week. plus the rehearsals and the fact that our dance were still not tip top condition and the late nights and the heat.
Alex's wedding was nice.the msg was a lil cheesy though. nary was soo beautiful!
mum said cannot wear my prom dress though i protested that i'll wear a shawl over. she said that it would be a bad influence. blah blah.( plus i was so fat)
ok so i got a msg from chris telling me to be at her house by 11 to do my make-up. (yes, i was one of the receptionists in the end,that's why) seriously, the night before i was in no mood to talk about the wedding. with the missing in action jazz pants. of course dismissing the wedding issue was selfish i admit. cos it was my long time fren's wedding and i was worried over stupid pants. but i wouldve been dead after the wedding if i didnt have my pants.
in the end, i wore a sari! haha. dunno how i pulled it off. i know i was walking in a manly fashion all over the place and was very conscious. but i did enjoy donning it on. thanks jo! and chris left it at the church. hai. i hope they find it. sari's ARENT cheap.
and then we went to sinthu's house (chris's fren) to do make up!? seriously i had no intention of that. dont like make up and the pimples thereafter.
well, after the wedding, i 'unwrapped' the sari and changed into leotards and tights. tiny shorts and cardigan. then we rushed out of the place to tampines. didnt even stay for reception. dad mum n sis had to go off cos of me. so poor thing. a thousand thanks to them for their sacrifice. quote mum " cos of you we cant even have lunch there! at first we wanted to have our lunch there. now we would have to find some other venue to have lunch." you dont know. a lil change in my mum's well planned schedual, no matter how small is disastrous and stressful for her.
in the end, after rushing all the way there, we only got to perform at 6?! was originally schedualed at 515. all because of stupid singapore idols which made an appearance. and people were screaming for them. so senseless and stupid all those people. they didnt even sing. they just came to throw t shirts and sth else to crazy fans.
after all the hoo haa, we went up tp changi club. had a nice shower and had dinner.
amazingly, i only ate an apple bun at nine that morning to last me till about 8. amazing amazing. i never do that! didnt know the glutton in me was capable of that~
plus. i really have to do sth abt it. feel so embarressed to be dancing in ms ong's class. sometimes i really wonder how she can stand seeing sucha fat lump at one corner of the class doing elephant stunts.
just as i thot this week will be relaxing, no i was wrong. i forgot the fact that my holiday's are always turned into some mad dance marathon or sth.
had dance today from 1 to abt 5 (it dragged) tmr, have ballet from 430 to 6. at first, that was it. and then an extra msg was sent out, that there will be free class from 1.30 to 4.30. which means tmr will be ballet ballet ballet from 1.30 to 6. HAHA!
how do we survive?
wednesday: 330 to 6.30. and dance in the morning from 9 to 1230.
thursdae and friday looks free now. but dont think abt it.
sorry girls, due to such last min msges, cant join you guys tomorrow.
my sis's exams start tmr. pray for her. she claims she hasnt studied, knows nuts and all tt rubbish. (i do believe her but) aiyah. she's gonna get A's in the end la. just wait and see. i'll keep ya'all updated! :P
talked to justina for a few min after i got back from dance. she's coming back in 16 days!
and in a weeks time, i wont be here anymore, slogging it out at dance. i'll be ballooning in melacca! im going for church camp!
